Project Details:

Renovation of 7 (B, 2-7) stories of student housing, 170,000 SF, for 800 students including all corridors, doors, flooring, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, Restrooms, and Elevators. The project was completed in 18 months while the first floor remained open for staff.
