Project Details:

Lease / Leaseback was again used to deliver over 50,000 SF new construction of Math & Science Center constructed with wood framing, secondary structural steel, curtain wall /spandrel glass, plaster, and metal panels. Constructed near a busy intersection with limited lay-down on an open High School Campus demanded daily communication with the Principal and Construction Manager.
