Project Details:

Currently under construction, lease / leaseback again provided DJM an opportunity to provide preconstruction services (VE, Constructability Review, Scheduling) to the District. Construction includes complete abatement, and removal of all systems and materials down to the structure. All new MEP systems, including new utilities services, and a new elevator building to meet ADA requirements is scheduled to complete in December 2015. Students and staff will enjoy their new 21st Century classrooms as well as new Administration Offices in January 2016.
